Kagayaki Condominium is a Japanese style apartment building under construction at 115/B, Oak Street in Bahan township in Yangon.
The developer is Sat Myanmar a branch of Sapporo-based Sat Group from Japan. The architecture and other related engineering designs are handled in-house by Sat Group.
The building is six-storey and comprises 30 apartments with five apartments per floor. There will be a basement level as well for car park which can accommodate 30 cars.
Most interior design and facilities will be in line with Japanese etiquette. Additionally items and equipment use will also be brands from Japan.
The Developer will use Mitsubishi brand for lift, ToTo for toilets, Takara Kitchen for kitchen ware, Panasonic for video door phone and YKKap.
For security and monitor, Secom will provide CCTV as well as security monitor services for the building according to a claim on an advertisement of the condominium.
Apartment size ranges from 1,226 square feet to 1,832 square feet. Pricing for apartments start at USD 330 per square foot to USD 460 per square foot.
The developer will accept 30pc down payment followed by 10pc monthly instalment.
Construction started this year and expected to be complete by March 2017.
