Pullman Mandalay is a five-star hotel under construction at between 73rd street and Thazin street in Chan Mya Thar Si township Yangon.
The hotel is being developed by Regal Hospitality and will be managed by a French hospitality company Accor as Pullman branded property.
The ten storey building is designed by Soda Architecture from Thailand and iBuild company from Singapore is also involved as a project consultant.
The hotel comprises 358 hotel rooms and has 26,900 square meter of gross floor area.
It also has a basement level which will be used for car park. Facilities such as swimming pool and gym will be included from the ground floor to second floor.
Two Mandalay based companies – New Star Light Construction and CAD Construction are overseeing the construction of the hotel. Another Mandalay based company Nyan Family Construction is also contracting the hotel.
Zenith Power from Yangon is the mechanical and electrical contractor.
The hotel is part of USD 160 million Mingalar Mandalay project. The construction work for hotel started in 2014 and is expected to be complete in July 2017.
