Pyi Nyein Thu Office Tower is an office tower under construction at 39/A, Pyay Road in Manyangone township which is on the upper region of Yangon city.
Spiral Architects from Myanmar is in charge of architecture of the building and Pyi Nyein Thu Construction is in-house contracting the project.
The office tower is eight-storey and has gross floor area of 37,000 square feet.
Construction work started in 2015 and is expected to be complete by the end of 2017.
Office space will be for rent upon completion and developer is planning to charge 4 USD per square foot.
