Shwe Moe Kaung Condominium is a residential project under construction at Moe Kaung road in Yankin township in Yangon.
The project is developed under private-public partnership scheme between Great Master Construction and Yangon City Development Committee.
The place used to be a township council office owned by Yangon City Development Committee.
The project comprises ten residential buildings of 11-storey which is designed by Pioneer from Myanmar.
The total number of apartments for the project is 344 unit of which size ranges from 1,050 square feet to 2,340 square feet.
Shwe Moe Kaung will be entitled to 190 apartments and YCDC will manage the rest.
There will be retail area at the ground floor and first floor of building C, D, E and F with estimated gross floor area of 10,000 square meter.
Facilities such swimming pool and gym will be there.
Construction work started in 2014 and some buildings will be completed by the end of 2016.
