Thilawa SEZ Hotel and Serviced Apartment project is a hospitality project which is part of Residential and Commercial zone in 6,300-acre Thilawa Special Economic Zone (SEZ) in Than Lyin township, Yangon.
The hospitality component is made of one serviced apartment building and one hotel building of which the number of floors are expected to range between 8 and 10.
The residential and commercial zone is 87 acre. Of those, the hotel building will be developed on 5,000 square meter land plot and the serviced apartment building will be developed on 7,000 square meter land plot.
The developer Thilawa Propety Development (TPD) is, as of September 2016, seeking proposal from private local and foreign companies including design, investment, development and operation.
Applications submission terms are as follows:
(1) $100,000 deposit upon submission which will be refunded had the application is unsuccessful
(2) Project location map, project layout map, project scopes and other details will be provided upon purchasing the application form
(3) Application submission period is from 29th September 2016 to 15th November 2016
(4) Tender application form will cost MMK100,000
